With 25 years of dedicated ministerial service, Pastor Rich Schaller passionately preaches the gospel and connects people with God. His thought-provoking sermons and compassionate pastoral care extend beyond the church walls, touching lives both in the church as well as the surrounding community. Ordained in 2002, Pastor Schaller continues to inspire spiritual growth and deeper faith.

Brother Raymond, a graduate of Bryan High School and Texas A&M University felt the call to ministry as a teenager. Upon graduation from A&M, he enrolled and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary focusing on music and youth ministry. Having previously served at a number of churches in Texas, brother Raymond came to First Baptist Port O'Connor in August of 2002 and is currently serving as the Minister of Music/Youth. He is also currently employed by Calhoun County ISD as a 6th grade math teacher at Travis Middle School in Port Lavaca.

Candice has been working with children in the church for over 20 years. In 2009 she started working with the youth group and in 2010 she became the Vacation Bible School director. Over the years she has been a camp counselor for summer youth camp and contributed to other church projects and ministries. In her personal life, she is an art and pe teacher for Port O’Connor Elementary, an active member of the Port O’Connor community, and has resided here most of her life.
